REQUIREMENTS
MBChB or its equivalent from a recognized institution
Masters Degree in Medicine (MMed), Public Health (MPH), Healthcare Management, or related clinical specialty is highly desirable
Valid Licence and current retention certificate from KMPDC
Minimum 7-10 years of clinical with atleast 3 - 5years in senor medical management or leadership role in a busy level 4 or 5 Hospital
Strong understanding of the Kenyan Healthcare Ecosystem SHA/SHIF operations, private insurance frameworks
At least five years service as clinical lead e.g. Department or Section
Minimum qualifications
MBA/MSc/MA
