We are looking for a
Medical Sales Executive.
Responsibilities :
1.Business Development and Client Acquisition

3. Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, healthcare professionals and referral partners.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through regular engagement and prompt resolution of concerns.
Maintain ongoing communication with key stakeholders to encourage repeat business and referrals.
4. Corporate Healthcare Partnerships
Market corporate medical packages, occupational health services, annual medical check-ups, and employee wellness programs.
Negotiate service agreements and contracts with corporate organizations.
Coordinate implementation of healthcare programs for corporate clients.
5. Market Intelligence and Strategic Planning
Conduct market research to identify healthcare trends, client needs, and competitor activities.
Gather customer feedback and provide recommendations for service improvement.
Identify emerging opportunities and support the development of new healthcare solutions.
6. Sales Reporting and Administration
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, leads, and conversions.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
Update CRM systems and sales databases with relevant client information.
Track performance against established sales targets and KPIs.
7. Community Engagement and Outreach
Represent well healthcare at networking events, exhibitions, conferences, and community forums.
Build strategic partnerships that enhance community access to healthcare services.
Support community health education initiatives and awareness campaigns.
8. Compliance and Professional Conduct
Adhere to all healthcare regulations, ethical marketing practices, and company policies.
Maintain confidentiality of client and organizational information.
