Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:
Diploma/Certificate in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
2-3 years' experience in equipment/machine maintenance.
Good understanding of electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems.
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer/mobile application and CRM skills.
Willingness to travel and work at different dealer/customer locations.
A valid driving license is an added advantage.
Role & Responsibilities:
Install, service, repair, and carry out preventive maintenance of Dealer Tinting System (DTS) machines.
Troubleshoot machine faults and respond to breakdowns within agreed SLA timelines.
Calibrate DTS machines and ensure proper operation and uptime
Handle assigned CRM complaints and maintain accurate service and maintenance records.
Provide technical support to dealers/customers and report major technical issues.
Coordinate spare parts, software/settings updates, and related technical requirements
