Help us streamline our operations and improve efficiency across all functions at Cornerstone.
About The Role
You'll work on process optimization, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth workflows across pay, collect, and save operations.
What You'll Do
Monitor and optimise operational processes
Work with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
Analyse operational data to drive continuous improvement
Manage relationships with key service providers and partners
Develop and document internal processes and SOPs
You'll Thrive Here If You
3+ years of operations experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in fintech, banking, or payments preferred
Proficiency with data tools (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
Bonus Points
Experience with payment operations
Project management certification
Knowledge of mobile money operations in Ghana
