Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily poultry farm operations and farm workers.
Monitor feeding, watering, vaccination, medication, and general bird health.
Track egg production, mortality rates, growth, and overall flock performance.
Maintain strict hygiene, biosecurity, and sanitation standards.
Manage inventory for poultry feed, medications, equipment, and farm supplies.
Maintain accurate records of farm activities, production, and inventory.
Promptly identify and report signs of disease or operational issues.
Ensure poultry houses and equipment are clean and properly maintained.
Report farm performance and challenges to management.
Requirements:
Diploma, HND, or Degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Poultry Science, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in poultry farm supervision or management.
Practical knowledge of poultry production and flock management.
Strong leadership abilities and worker supervision skills.
Excellent record-keeping and organizational skills.
Valid driver’s license and ability to drive.
Willingness to work flexible hours on-site at the farm.
Responsible, hardworking, and detail-oriented.
