Project Lead – Kenya (Mombasa) at Treasure Communication Limited

We’re seeking a Project Lead in Mombasa to oversee trade marketing projects from planning through execution client goals are met with excellence and efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead the end-to-end execution of GT projects across multiple regions

Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and retail partners to ensure campaign success

Supervise field teams, merchandisers, and promoters

Monitor budgets, timelines, and deliverables

Provide weekly reports, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders

Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and trade channel standards

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 3-5 years experience in trade marketing, FMCG sales, or retail promotions

Must live in the coast region

Proven ability to manage Field operations, teams, and Client expectations

Strong understanding of General Trade (wholesalers, kiosks, independent retailers) and/or Modern Trade (supermarkets, hypermarkets, key accounts)

Excellent organizational and communication skills Flexible, proactive, and able to work under pressure .

A background in marketing, sales, or project management is preferred

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal

Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
