We are seeking a
Project Manager
to join our dynamic team. This role involves the end-to-end management of diverse projects within the construction and urban development sectors, encompassing planning, coordination, and monitoring across all project phases. The successful candidate will ensure efficient execution while adhering to deadlines, budgets, and quality and safety standards, all within a demanding and fast-paced professional environment.
Missions :
Plan, organize, and monitor the progress of construction or urban development projects to ensure alignment with defined objectives and established timelines.
Coordinate technical teams, suppliers, and external partners, ensuring service quality and regulatory compliance of the work performed.
Manage the administrative, financial, and contractual aspects of each project, ensuring strict adherence to allocated budgets and set deadlines.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, as well as regulations applicable to the construction and urban planning sectors.
Participate in progress meetings, prepare detailed status reports, and regularly update management and stakeholders on project progress.
