Braiding & Weaving:Audit loom and braiding machine setups to catch tension issues, structural defects, missing threads, and pattern errors early.
Finishing:Verify chemical treatments, heat-setting, dyeing consistency, and coating processes against the master sample and technical sheets.
Rolling & Packing:Inspect final roll density, accurate yardage/meter counts, secure packaging, and correct barcode/batch labeling before shipment.
