The Quality Control & Regulatory Compliance Supervisor Is Responsible For Supporting The Organizations Quality Control Laboratory, Regulatory Compliance Programs, Microbiology Function, And Laboratory Systems To Ensure All Home & Personal Care Products Consistently Meet Statutory, Customer, And Company Quality Requirements. The Role Provides Leadership In Maintaining Compliance With The Kenya Bureau Of Standards (Kebs) Scheme Of Supervision And Control, Iso 22716 Good Manufacturing Practices (Gmp), Nema Environmental Requirements, And Applicable Regulatory Standards. The Incumbent Will Oversee Laboratory Operations, Microbiology, Water And Effluent Quality Monitoring, Quality Investigations, Data Integrity, And Continuous Improvement While Supporting Innovation Through Robust Product Trial Governance.
