The role is in charge of 1 out of the 7 Regions. Nairobi North, Nairobi South, Coast, Central and Eastern, Central Rift Valley, North Rift Valley and Western Region. Each region manned by Team leader.
Be the single point of contact for all matters Enterprise Network within the allocated region. Achieve high node availability, and service availability for customers, Ticket SLA and Ticket updates, implementation and feasibility and contractor management KPIs, and ensure adherence to Preventative maintenance and route inspection schedules while ensuring high levels of customer experience are achieved
