Sales & Field Marketing Executives

to join our growing team.

We are looking for individuals who are ready to

go into the market, identify opportunities, build relationships and create business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify and generate new sales leads through field prospecting, referrals, networking and other business development activities.

Visit prospective clients, construction sites, businesses and other potential customer locations to identify and develop business opportunities.

Promote and present the Group's products, services and project solutions to prospective and existing clients.

Meet agreed monthly and quarterly

sales and lead-generation targets

.

Represent J.O. Agyapong Group professionally during client meetings, site visits, networking events and other business engagements.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

HND or Bachelor's degree in

Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Communications

or a related field.

1–3 years of relevant sales, field marketing or business development experience.

Experience in

construction, building materials, real estate, interior solutions, manufacturing or a related industry

will be an advantage.

Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and persuasion skills.

Ability to work independently and actively in the field.
