About the Role
BuySimu Technologies Limited is seeking energetic, self-driven and results-oriented Sales Associate to join our growing team. The successful candidates will be responsible for promoting our products and services, acquiring new customers, maintaining strong client relationships and driving sales growth within assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and recruit new customers/ partners for BuySimu products and services.
Conduct field sales and marketing activities within assigned areas.
Explain product features, benefits and payment plans to potential customers.
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team performance.
Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
Ensure accurate customer onboarding and documentation.
Maintain positive relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service.
Submit weekly and monthly sales reports.
Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on customer needs and competitor activities.
Participate in promotional campaigns and activations organized by the company.
Drive sales of Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) products
Promote Buysimu services to customers and merchants
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Must have experience in the mobile phone industry (retail, distribution or brand sales)
Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve set targets.
Good customer relationship management skills.
Proficiency in using smartphones and digital applications.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and self-motivation.
