Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing. Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 3-5 years of sales experience, with experience in a supervisory or management role.
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a sales team to achieve targets.
Experience in customer acquisition, lead generation, market development, and building client relationships.
Ability to develop and implement sales plans and strategies to increase revenue and market share.
Must have a valid Kenyan Driving License
Experience in automotive, electric vehicles. leasing, financing, or a related industry is an advantage.
Ability to set sales targets, monitor performance, and prepare sales reports.
Strong negotiation, presentation, customer service, and communication skills. Scope
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve the Company's sales targets and business objectives.
Supervise and manage the sales team, including assigning duties, monitoring performance and providing guidance.
Set and monitor individual and team sales targets and ensure timely achievement of the same.
Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities to increase sales and market share.
Manage customer relationships, including addressing complaints, enquiries and other customer concerns.
Oversee the sales process from customer engagement and negotiation to payment and vehicle handover.
Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports for management.
