Victoria Homestore is looking for a Virtual Sales Representative to manage online customer interactions, handle inbound and outbound leads, conduct proactive follow-ups and drive conversions. The role also involves using social media to engage potential customers, build relationships and support sales growth.
We’re looking for someone with:
At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in retail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong sales pitch and negotiation abilities
Experience using social media for sales and customer engagement
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
A customer-centric mindset
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
A results-driven approach with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Virtual Sales Representative
