Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of salon staff.
Ensure the salon operates smoothly and efficiently.
Monitor staff attendance, performance, and adherence to salon policies.
Welcome clients and ensure they receive excellent customer service.
Handle customer concerns and resolve complaints professionally.
Monitor appointments, bookings, and client schedules.
Maintain salon cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards.
Monitor stock levels of salon products/supplies and report when replenishment is needed.
Assist with inventory management and proper product usage.
