Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate should have 4–8 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) and strong expertise in:
Banking and finance transactions
LMA-style lending
Structured finance
Syndicated lending
Development Finance Institution (DFI) and multilateral finance transactions
Other complex financing matters
What You’ll Do
Advise clients on high-profile and complex finance transactions
Work on cross-border matters across Africa and beyond
Collaborate with international teams within the DLA Piper network
Supervise and mentor junior lawyers
