Key Qualifications
Master’s degree or PhD in Economics, Public Policy, Digital Governance, International Development, or a related field.
10–12 years of professional experience leading technology policy, digital economy, or private-sector development programmes in East Africa.
Proven experience leading multidisciplinary, donor-funded research and advocacy projects.
Strong networks across government ministries, tech hubs, private-sector coalitions, and venture funds in Kenya.
Exceptional technical writing skills and experience producing high-level policy papers.
