Key Responsibilities:
Check and record daily production quantities.
Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile stock records.
Maintain accurate production and inventory records.
Monitor stock movement, including items received, issued, and produced.
Identify and report stock discrepancies, shortages, or excesses.
Ensure proper storage, organization, and identification of stock.
Prepare basic stock and production reports for management.
Required Skills & Minimum Qualifications:
SHS/WASSCE or equivalent.
Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
Ability to maintain simple production and stock records.
Preferred Qualifications:
Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.
Previous experience in stock keeping, production records, or warehouse operations is preferred.
