Our client, a leading provider of healthcare technology andmedical solutions, is seeking an experiencedTechnical Sales Executive –Theatre(Operating Theatre /Surgical Solutions)to jointheir team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating andgrowing revenue from Operating Theatre and Surgical Solutions, combining strongtechnical product knowledge with effective clinical engagement and consultativeselling. The role will own the sales cycle for surgical lights, operatingtables, electrosurgical units, anaesthesia delivery systems, theatreintegration technologies and related operating theatre solutions, positioningthe company as a trusted partner in delivering safe, efficient and modernsurgical environments.

Key PositionAccountabilities

Deliver assigned revenue, margin, and volume targets for the Theatre portfolio (surgical lights, operating tables,electrosurgical systems–includingBOWA,anaesthesiamachines, suction systems, and theatre integration solutions).

Map and prioritise key surgicaldepartments, theatre managers, surgeons, and anaesthetistsacross major hospitals; develop account penetration strategies fornew theatre builds,renovations, and equipment replacement cycles.

Conduct detailed clinical and technical needs assessments with surgeons, anaesthetists,theatre nurses, and biomedical engineers; design complete or modular theatre solutions.

Organise and lead product demonstrations, dry-runevaluations, and clinical workshops inoperating theatre settings, ensuring relevance to local surgical practices and safetystandards.

Responsibilities:

Cultivate long-term relationships with key opinion leaders in surgery and anaesthesia,theatre management committees, and procurement decision-makers.

Ensuresmoothprojecthandovertoinstallationandapplicationsteams,participatingin commissioning where required and following up on user competence and satisfaction.

Identify opportunities for cross-selling (e.g., linking theatre solutions with critical care or maternity equipment) and for multi-year service agreements.

Gatherandreportcompetitive intelligence on theatre technology trends, pricing, and competitor placements.

Represent client at surgical conferences, theatre nurses’forums, and hospital modernisation workshops
