About the Role
Looking for a strategic leader to act as the entrepreneurial architect of their territory, leading a team to scale retail impact and drive revenue through data-driven execution in a rapidly growing, mission-led organization.
Responsibilities
Work with your manager to maximize business results in your territory.
Recruit, train, and manage a sales team in your assigned area.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales, repayment and impact goals
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion
Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly
Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop promotions and campaigns to drive sales
Provide leadership and coaching to sales representatives to ensure they are meeting performance targets
Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders in your assigned area
Participate in target setting, sales forecasting and budgeting processes
Continuously develop knowledge of the industry and stay up to date on market trends and competitor activity

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a related industry
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to motivate and coach a team to achieve sales targets
Results-driven with a passion for achieving goals and exceeding expectations
Proficiency in Google Office Suite and Sales software
