Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records, including income, expenses, receipts, and payments.
Record and update financial transactions in the company's accounting records or relevant software.
Perform data entry and ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial information.
Assist with the preparation of financial reports, statements, and account summaries.
Reconcile financial records, invoices, receipts, and payment records.
Organise and maintain accounting documents for easy retrieval and reference.
Monitor daily transactions and report discrepancies or errors to management.
Support other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
A graduate with a degree or qualification in accounting.
Previous accounting experience or demonstrable data entry skills.
Good numerical, analytical, and organisational skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial records.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other relevant computer applications.
Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling financial information.
Good communication skills and the ability to work independently.
Must reside in Kilo, Surulere, or within a convenient commuting distance.
Location: Kilo, Surulere, Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 200,000 Monthly
