Key Responsibilities:
Process and review vendor invoices
Manage vendor payments and resolve discrepancies
Reconcile vendor statements and transactions
Prepare case-related cost reports
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely approvals
Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities
Requirements:
2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
Advanced English proficiency (C1)
Experience in bookkeeping and accounting software
Strong analytical and organizational skills
High attention to detail
Highly Preferred:
Previous Accounts Payable experience within a law firm.
Ideal Backgrounds:
Accounts Payable Clerk, AP Specialist, Accounts Payable Analyst, Accounting Assistant, Bookkeeper, Legal Accounting Clerk, or Legal Accounts Payable Specialist.
