JOB ROLE SUMMARY
• The Project Administrator /DCC provides administrative, coordination, and documentation support to the project team to ensure the efficient planning, execution and completion of projects.
The role supports project Engineers and Managers by Managing documentation, coordinating project activities, tracking deliverables and ensuring compliance with company procedures and client requirements.
REQUIREMENT:
Ability to analyse problems and strategize for better solutions.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
Accurate and precise attention to detail.
Proficiency Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project Documentation and Record Management
Project Planning, scheduling and coordination support
Project tracking and communication
Preparation of Project reports and status updates
Preparation and monitoring of project budgets.
