Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day fish production and cage farm management

Monitor and maintain water quality, fish health and biosecurity standards

Optimise feeding regimes and track growth, survival and FCR data

Support stocking, sampling and harvest planning

Promote sustainable aquaculture practices and support community and outgrower farmers

Requirements:

Degree or diploma in Aquaculture, Fisheries, or a related field

Practical experience in fish farming, preferably tilapia cage culture

Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills

Comfortable with field work and record-keeping

Passion for sustainable aquaculture and community development

Minimum qualifications

BA/BSc/HND , Diploma
