ASSISTANT FINANCE MANAGER

Nomad Petrochem Limited, a leading downstream petroleum and LPG distribution company, is seeking a results-driven finance professional to join its Finance Department as Assistant Finance Manager. Reports To Group Finance Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise and review the work of the accounting team, including the Senior Accountant and the Operations/Stock, Retail and LPG Accountants.

• Deputize for the Group Finance Manager and support budgeting, policy and internal controls.

• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, tax authorities and other external stakeholders.

• Prepare business forecasts, cashflow reports and variance analysis.

• Oversee VAT and WHT compliance and filing within statutory deadlines.

• Prepare and consolidate monthly financial reports and coordinate audits.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (Finance option) or a related field.

• Fully qualified CPA-K.

• At least 6 years' accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Experience in a multi-entity group in the petroleum, LPG or distribution sector is an added advantage.

• Strong financial reporting skills.

• Proficiency in advanced Excel and report writing.
