Job Description
To proactively manage a portfolio of retail clients by providing comprehensive, relationship-based banking solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term customer relationships through exceptional service delivery, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and referral generation.
Guide customers through the Bank's products and services, providing clear information on lending solutions, account requirements, and banking processes while ensuring compliance with applicable policies and procedures.
Conduct comprehensive financial needs assessments for new and existing customers to identify suitable banking solutions that align with their financial goals and priorities.
Proactively identify and execute cross-selling and up-selling opportunities across the Bank's product suite to deepen customer relationships and maximize portfolio value.
Drive deposit mobilization by growing savings, current, fixed deposit, and investment portfolios, ensuring the achievement of assigned liability and revenue targets.
Actively manage and grow an assigned customer portfolio, maximizing revenue through product penetration and relationship expansion while maintaining sound risk management and portfolio quality standards.
Identify and acquire new-to-bank customers through business development activities, market networking, and customer referrals to support portfolio growth objectives.
