KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Facial Treatments: Perform professional facial treatments, including skin cleansing, exfoliation, steaming where appropriate, facial massage, mask application and moisturising, based on guests’ skin types and skincare needs.
Manicure Services: Provide hand and nail care, including nail shaping, cuticle care, hand exfoliation, massage, moisturising and professional nail polish application.
Pedicure Services: Provide foot and toenail care, including foot soaking, nail trimming, shaping, cuticle care, foot exfoliation, massage, moisturising and nail polish application.
Body Scrub Treatments: Perform body exfoliation treatments using appropriate products and techniques to remove dead skin cells, improve skin texture and promote relaxation.
Conduct guest consultations before treatments to understand individual preferences, assess suitability and identify possible contraindications.
Maintain strict hygiene, sanitation and safety standards across all treatment procedures, ensuring tools, equipment, towels and treatment areas are properly cleaned and sanitised.
Recommend appropriate treatments, skincare products and aftercare routines based on guests’ needs.
Deliver excellent guest experiences through professionalism, courtesy, attention to detail and respect for guest privacy.
Monitor treatment products and supplies, report stock requirements and minimise wastage.
Promote spa services, packages and complementary treatments to support departmental revenue.
Maintain accurate treatment records and adhere to established spa operating procedures.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the Spa Supervisor or Management.
