Position details
Job purpose
To ensure effective and efficient booking and scheduling of both valuation and tracker fitment services, while maintaining high standards of customer service and operational coordination.
Main responsibilities of the job
Capture and schedule all valuation orders, tracker fitment orders, and de-installation orders.
Liaise with IT Support in case of system failures or technical challenges.
Coordinate with valuers and technical teams for field assignments.
Preparation and processing of valuation and tracking job cards to the technical team.
Provide consistent and timely updates to customers on the status of their bookings.
Ensure adherence to all company procedures and service standards.
Make necessary follow-ups on pending or exceptional cases to ensure closure.
Liaise with the accounts department on matters of invoicing and fee collections.
Education, competencies and skills
Degree or Diploma in relevant Arts and Science.
Good team player.
Excellent Organizational, management & interpersonal skills.

Excellent customer service skills & communication skills.
