Branch Manager

Key Purposes

Drive branch performance to meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.

Identify new sales opportunities and initiatives to grow the branch's customer base and revenue

Maintain a clean, organized, welcoming store; uphold service standards; evaluate and improve customer service.

Oversee on-time, accurate deliveries; resolve logistics issues; ensure complete documentation; track performance and take corrective action Keep the branch clean and organized; oversee daily reporting/documentation; ensure compliance with admin and operational procedures.

Lead performance management and development; promote teamwork, accountability, and a high-performance culture

Requirements

Education Qualification & Experience:

Diploma or bachelor's degree in business management, Retail Management, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.

Additional short courses in Retail Operations, Inventory Management, Customer Service Excellence, or Leadership.

3-5 years of progressive experience in retail operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role

Required Skills & Expertise

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales/revenue targets.

Hands-on experience in stock control, inventory accuracy, and shrinkage reduction.

Experience managing customer service standards, handling escalated

complaints, and driving customer retention.

Minimum qualifications

BA/BSc/HND , Diploma
