KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead integrated brand campaigns, product launches and seasonal initiatives.
Drive content and digital communications across all relevant platforms.
Manage brand partnerships, sponsorships, events and activations.
Ensure consistent brand positioning and high-quality execution.
Track campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations.
Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to deliver strategic brand initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical and problem solving skills.
High attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results.
Passion for brands, consumers and market trends.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
Professional qualification (e.g. CIM, Chartered Marketer) is an added advantage.
Minimum 10 years’ experience in FMCG and brand marketing, with proven success in brand communications and partnerships.
Strong skills in brand strategy, positioning, segmentation, communication and digital.
Advanced computer literacy (MS Office, analytics tools, CRM, social platforms).
Excellent project management, reporting and leadership skills.
Demonstrated leadership in supervising small teams and managing agencies.
