Responsibilities
Receive and respond to incoming telephone calls from existing and prospective clients in a professional, courteous and timely manner.
Attend to enquiries and messages received through the company\'s official WhatsApp line, website and social media platforms.
Provide accurate information about the organisation\'s services, procedures, pricing, operating hours and other relevant details.
Handle appointment enquiries and guide clients on available services.
Maintain adequate knowledge of the organisation\'s service offerings and operational procedures.
Record client enquiries, complaints and requests, ensuring appropriate follow-up where necessary.
Escalate medical, technical and unresolved enquiries to the relevant departments.
Maintain professionalism, confidentiality and excellent customer service in all client interactions.
Requirements
Bachelor\'s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in any relevant discipline.
0–2 years of experience in a call centre, customer service, client relations or a similar role.
Previous experience in a healthcare facility, hospital, diagnostic centre or related service environment will be an added advantage.
Minimum qualifications
BA/BSc/HND
