We’re looking for candidates with:
A degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Production Management or a related technical field.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in footwear manufacturing or a comparable production environment, including supervisory or managerial responsibilities.
Sound knowledge of canvas footwear manufacturing processes, production planning, quality management and cost control.
Experience managing production teams and manufacturing equipment.
Minimum qualifications
BA/BSc/HND , Diploma
