Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree /Diploma or relevant technical qualification in Carpentry, Wood Technology, or a related field.
At least 1-2 years of carpentry industry experience; teaching or training experience is an added advantage.
Being registered with TVETA is an added advantage
Strong hands-on skills in carpentry, woodworking, joinery, and safe use of tools and machinery.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Teach carpentry theory and practical lessons, including measuring, cutting, shaping, joining, and finishing wood.
Prepare lesson plans, practical projects, assessments, and student records.
Supervise students during workshop sessions and practical projects, ensuring safe use of tools and equipment.
Guide and mentor students in workshop practice, workmanship, and professional conduct.
Maintain workshop discipline and ensure adherence to occupational health, safety, and institutional policies.

BA/BSc/HND , Diploma
