Key Responsibilities:
Process customer payments accurately using cash, POS, mobile money, and other approved payment methods.
Issue receipts and provide customers with accurate transaction information.
Receive, count, and verify cash received from customers.
Ensure all transactions are properly recorded and accounted for.
Reconcile cash and other payment transactions at the end of each shift.
Report discrepancies, payment issues, or irregularities to management promptly.
Assist customers with payment-related enquiries in a professional manner.
Maintain a clean and organized cashier station.
Safeguard cash, receipts, and other transaction records.
Work closely with waiters, bartenders, and management to ensure accurate billing.
Follow company procedures for handling payments and maintaining financial records.
Perform other cashier-related duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience as a cashier or in a similar role.
Good numerical and basic record-keeping skills.
Ability to handle cash and electronic payments accurately.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Friendly, reliable, and professional attitude.
Basic computer/POS knowledge is an advantage.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
