EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Certificate, Diploma, OND, HND, or BSc in Culinary Arts, Catering, Food Production, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Equivalent professional culinary training and demonstrable experience may also be considered.
WORK EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 3-5 years in a professional kitchen, preferably in a hotel or restaurant.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Demonstrable cooking skills and knowledge of different cuisines.
Knowledge of food hygiene, kitchen safety, portion control, and food costing.
Ability to prepare meals consistently and manage kitchen operations.
A practical cooking assessment is mandatory.
