Key Responsibilities
Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting across Group companies
Prepare consolidated Group management accounts and financial reports
Coordinate annual budgets, forecasts, and cash-flow planning
Monitor the financial performance of subsidiaries and report significant variances to management
Maintain oversight of cash flow, working capital, banking, and treasury activities
Ensure appropriate financial controls, policies, and approval processes are maintained across the Group
Coordinate statutory audits, tax compliance, and other financial reporting requirements
Monitor intercompany balances and transactions
Support financial planning for new projects, investments, and expansion into new markets
Work with finance teams in the different subsidiaries to improve reporting quality and consistency
Support the management team with financial analysis and decision-making
Prepare financial reports and presentations for management and the Board
Support the improvement and implementation of accounting and ERP systems across the Group
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CA, CPA, or equivalent
Minimum 7 years’ relevant finance experience, including at least 2 to 3 years in a finance management, financial controller, or similar supervisory role
Good knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting
Experience preparing management accounts, budgets, forecasts, and cash-flow reports
Experience with financial controls, audit, and taxation
Experience managing or supervising a finance team
Strong Excel and financial analysis skills
Experience using accounting or ERP systems
Strong attention to detail, integrity, and ability to meet reporting deadlines

Experience working with more than one company, subsidiary, or business unit
Previous exposure to Group consolidation
Experience within financial services, construction, or project-based businesses
Experience working with external auditors, banks, tax authorities, and regulators

This opportunity may suit an experienced Finance Manager, Financial Controller, Head of Finance, or Deputy CFO who is ready to take on broader responsibility.
The successful candidate should be hands-on, commercially aware, and comfortable working across different businesses.
The individual should be able to establish financial discipline while working effectively with relatively lean finance teams.
