Chief Security Officer

Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate all security operations.

Supervise and manage security supervisors.

Ensure the safety of company personnel, property, and facilities.

Identify security risks and recommend appropriate solutions.

Prepare security reports and ensure compliance with security procedures.

Requirements:

Must be a retired Army Officer, with a minimum rank of Captain.

Must have at least 25 years of military experience.

Must have previous post-retirement experience as a Chief Security Officer (CSO).

Must have experience managing and supervising security supervisors.

Minimum qualifications of an ND

Must possess good knowledge of security operations and relevant training certificates.

Must possess a valid military discharge or retirement certificate.

Must have a valid driver's licence.

Must have good verbal and written communication skills.

Must be medically fit and have no serious medical history.

Must not be more than 55 years old.

Must demonstrate good leadership, discipline, integrity, and professionalism.

Location: Oyo State
