Key Responsibilities:

Develop, review and oversee civil and structural engineering designs, drawings, calculations and specifications.

Supervise civil construction works, including foundations, piling, concrete works, structural steel, drainage and site development.

Ensure engineering designs and construction activities comply with relevant industry codes, standards and project specifications.

Monitor project quality, construction progress, costs and contractor performance.

Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure effective project execution.

Implement quality control, inspection and testing procedures.

Enforce HSE standards and ensure compliance with applicable environmental and safety regulations.

Provide technical leadership and supervise civil engineers, site engineers and construction teams.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or a related discipline.

Minimum of 8–10 years' relevant experience in civil or structural engineering.

Experience in Oil & Gas, EPC/EPCIC, energy or heavy industrial projects.

Strong knowledge of civil and structural design, foundation engineering and construction supervision.

Proficiency in engineering software such as STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAFE, AutoCAD or equivalent.

Good understanding of relevant engineering codes and standards, including BS, Eurocode, ACI, API and ASCE.

COREN registration (R. Engr.) and professional membership will be an advantage.

Experience in swamp, riverine, coastal or offshore-related projects is desirable.

BOSIET certification is an added advantage.
