JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a skilled and innovative Content Creator who is passionate about digital storytelling, video production and social media. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing creative content ideas, shooting and editing engaging videos, designing visual content and creating compelling materials that showcase the academy's activities, services and brand identity.
The ideal candidate must understand social media trends, know how to create engaging content and be able to translate creative ideas into high-quality visual content that attracts and engages the target audience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop creative and engaging content ideas that align with the academy's brand and objectives.
Plan, shoot and edit high-quality videos for social media platforms.
Create engaging video content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube.
Edit videos professionally using CapCut, including transitions, effects, sound and colour grading.
Design attractive graphics, flyers and promotional materials using Canva.
Create content that showcases the academy's activities, music lessons, events and programmes.
Stay updated on social media trends, viral content, sounds and emerging digital strategies.
Develop and maintain a consistent content creation and posting schedule.
Monitor audience engagement and contribute ideas to improve the academy's online visibility.
Ensure all content produced reflects the academy's brand identity and maintains high-quality standards.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Interested candidates must possess the following:
Must be highly skilled in video editing using CapCut.
Must be proficient in Canva for graphic design and visual content creation.
Must have a good understanding of video color grading, filming techniques and content production.
Must be creative and able to generate fresh, engaging and innovative content ideas.
Must have experience creating content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube.
Must be able to shoot and edit high-quality videos.
Must have a good understanding of social media trends, content strategy and audience engagement.
Must be organized, proactive and able to work with minimal supervision.
Must possess good communication skills, creativity and attention to detail.
