Job Summary
We are seeking dynamic, energetic, and engaging E-Commerce Trainers / Business Speakers to join our team in Lagos. In this role, you will lead live seminars, offline workshops, and interactive webinars to educate members, present business models, and empower our growing community of ambassadors. If you are a confident public speaker with a passion for e-commerce, digital business, and audience engagement, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging presentations, product training, and business model seminars to both small groups and large audiences (offline and online).
Educate new and existing members on platform features, reward mechanisms, and business growth strategies.
Conduct daily/weekly webinars and participate in Lagos HQ launch events and regional workshops.
Address audience inquiries, inspire candidate participation, and convert prospective members into active program participants.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to optimize training slides, scripts, and member onboarding flows.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, HND, or equivalent practical experience.
2+ years of experience as a Public Speaker, Business Trainer, Lecturer, Network Marketing Leader, or Event Facilitator.
Exceptional verbal communication, presentation, and storytelling skills in English.
Highly charismatic, persuasive, and comfortable commanding a room or stage.
Good understanding of e-commerce, social commerce, digital sales, or referral-based business models.
Ability to work flexible hours, including scheduled Saturday webinars or regional market events.
