Job Description

We are hiring a Customer Support Agent (Collections)

Responsibilities

Handling Customer Inquiries(Inbound Calls).

Managing Payment Collections.

Providing Excellent Service.

Candidate Requirements:

Strong technical or communication skills (depending on the role)

Ability to work independently and within a team

Professional attitude and reliability

Relevant experience preferred

Must stay around Labadi and its environment
