Role Description

We are looking for a customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care & Photography Specialist. You will be responsible for capturing high-quality photos and videos, editing, maintaining our media library and providing excellent support to our customers.

Main Responsibilities

Take high-quality photos and videos of our products, projects, events and customer experiences.

Respond to customer enquiries and provide timely, helpful and professional support ie, quotations.

Assist the Marketing Department during events.

Work with the Marketing & Sales to compile project details.

Qualifications & Requirements

Proven experience in photography and videography, supported by a strong portfolio.

Proficiency in editing tools such as Adobe Lightroom,

Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar.

Someone who is proactive, reliable and results-driven.

Minimum qualifications

BA/BSc/HND
