QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Minimum high school education.
Additional qualifications in Customer Service, Business Administration, Sales, Supply Chain Management, or a related field are an advantage.At least 1 year of relevant work experience in customer service, order management, sales support, logistics coordination, or a related field.
FMCG, manufacturing, or distribution experience is advantageous.
Experience with order management systems, customer service databases, or ERP platforms is beneficial.Computer literacy and proficiency in relevant office applications.
Familiarity with order processing systems, particularly Sage, is an advantage.
Ability to manage customer orders, maintain accurate records, and prepare reports.
Basic data analysis skills and ability to interpret performance dashboards.
Understanding of order fulfilment, credit control, delivery coordination, and customer service processes.
