Deputy Head of CIT

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Deputy Head of CIT Operations to support the oversight and strategic management of nationwide CIT operations across 35 states.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the secure, efficient, and compliant CIT movement while maintaining the highest standards of operational integrity and confidentiality.

The ideal candidate will bring strong experience from banking, financial services operations, or other highly regulated operational environments and demonstrate the ability to manage large-scale, high-risk operations with precision and discipline.

What You’ll Be Doing

Provide operational oversight for CIT activities across multiple states.

Coordinate regional operations to ensure seamless service delivery.

Maintain strict adherence to security protocols, compliance standards, and operational procedures.

Identify operational risks and implement proactive control measures.

Drive operational efficiency through process improvements and structured reporting.

Lead and mentor regional operational teams to ensure high performance and accountability.

Collaborate with banks, financial institutions, and internal departments to ensure effective service delivery.

Provide regular operational reports and insights to executive leadership.

Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion regarding operational information.

Preferred Qualifications

Minimum 7 years of experience in operations, fleet management, cash management

At least 4 years in a senior management or leadership role.

Experience managing high-risk operations, cash handling operations is highly desirable.

Proven experience managing multi-location operations.

Exceptional attention to detail and operational discipline

Strong organizational and coordination skills

Proven ability to manage large scale operations across multiple locations

High level of discretion and confidentiality

Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability

Hands-on leadership style with willingness to engage directly in operational execution

Strong analytical and reporting capability
