Responsibilities
Develop a social media strategy that fits with the marketing strategy for the business.
Responsible for helping the company to reach its target audience by delivering both useful and appealing online information about the company’s services.
Analyzing the company's digital marketing plan and social media syrategy and making recommendations for improvements.
Setting key performance indicators for social media campaigns, such as targets for a number of shares or likes and measuring a company's performance against the KPIs.
Liase with production, marketing and design teams to properly illustrate our products and services.
Ensure the organization's website is updated.
Ensure consistency in style, fonts,images and tones across all social media platforms.
Identify customers'needs and gaps in our content and recommending new topics.
Write clear marketing contents to promote our products and services.
Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company's marketing activities such as viral media.
Requirements
Candidate must be a graduate.
Proven work experience of at least 3 years as a content creator or social media manager.
Knowledge of SEO.
Knowledge and use of social media platforms( LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook etc).
