Digital Marketing Manager- Nairobi, Kenya

Our client, is seeking to recruit a

Digital Marketing Manager

based in Nairobi.

The role will be responsible for driving brand distinction and supporting revenue growth through well-defined, data-driven marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will oversee brand execution across all platforms, manage key marketing touchpoints, and lead day-to-day coordination of creative, content, and production teams.

Key Responsibilities

Drive brand awareness and revenue growth through targeted digital marketing initiatives.

Ensure consistent brand representation across all platforms and channels.

Plan and manage marketing campaigns, content calendars, and media buying activities.

Oversee content creation and campaign execution to support sales objectives.

Monitor brand sentiment, customer engagement, and campaign performance.

Manage key digital platforms including website, social media, and internal channels.

Track ROI, analyze performance metrics, and provide regular reporting.

Manage marketing budgets, agencies, and internal resources effectively.

Support team development and ensure timely delivery of marketing outputs.

Key Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 6 years’ experience in digital marketing and brand management within a sales-driven environment.

Strong experience in campaign management, brand strategy, and performance tracking.

Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Commercially minded, customer-focused, and able to influence across teams.
