Summary
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Officer who would be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing online marketing campaigns to build brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across email, search engines (SEM/PPC), social media, and display networks.
Content Creation & Scheduling: Write engaging copy and coordinate visual/video assets for social media platforms, newsletters, and the company website.
Website & SEO Optimization: Maintain website content via Content Management Systems (CMS), implement basic on-page SEO best practices (keywords, meta tags), and monitor user flow.
Paid Advertising: Help manage and optimize paid ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or LinkedIn Ads to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and social engagement using tools like Google Analytics.
Collaboration: Work alongside designers, content creators, and external agencies to ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Relevant professional certifications.
Experience: Proven experience (2–3+ years) managing social media channels, designing and running digital campaigns, creating content and working with partners, experience in a B2B setting
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot).
Proficiency in analytics and email marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mailchimp).
Minimum qualifications
BA/BSc/HND
