Job purpose
The Logistics Support Executive ensures seamless execution of deliveries, transport logistics, and operational support functions. This role is pivotal in supporting the Operations, Sales, and Marketing teams by executing logistical tasks that uphold premium service standards.
Goals
Ensure timely and accurate deliveries to clients and event locations.
Support daily operational activities, including pickups, errands, and inventory movement.
Maintain reliable and professional transport services for executives, staff, and special guests.
Provide flexible, cross-functional support to operations, sales, and marketing as needed.
Safeguard all products and assets during transport and delivery
Daily Tasks
Organize and execute scheduled deliveries to retail clients, events, and activations.
Drive executives and staff to meetings, tastings, and events as needed.
Assist with setup and breakdown for events and activations.
Execute errands such as procurement pickups, supplier visits, or package drop offs.
Support inventory movement and stock placement as directed by Operations.
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of the company vehicle.
Maintain delivery logs, fuel records, and other transport-related documentation.
Relevant Experience & Competencies
Minimum 3 years’ experience in logistics, delivery coordination, or fleet support— ideally within a retail, hospitality, or FMCG environment.
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; confident in navigating urban and periurban routes.
Experience supporting luxury or customer-centric businesses is an added advantage.
Demonstrated ability to maintain discretion, punctuality, and professionalism while transporting executives or high-value goods.
Familiarity with using delivery apps, navigation tools, and basic vehicle maintenance.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and adapt quickly to last-minute requests.
Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and proactive communication skills.
Minimum qualifications
BA/BSc/HND
