Role Overview
We are seeking a nurturing, creative, and experienced Early Years Teacher with a strong understanding of early childhood education and the ability to provide engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences.
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s Degree or NCE in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a relevant discipline.
Previous teaching experience in an Early Years setting.
Strong knowledge and practical understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Good knowledge of Jolly Phonics and the ability to effectively use the programme to teach young children.
Ability to teach letter sounds, blending, segmenting, and foundational reading skills.
Understanding of child development and age-appropriate teaching approaches.
Ability to create interactive, hands-on, and play-based learning experiences.
Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
Patient, caring, creative, and passionate about working with young children.
General Requirements
