Purpose / Project Description:

After receiving training on how to use the Data collection tool and understanding the assessment questionnaire, the enumerators will collect data via mobile devices in the field with ST WASH officers. This assessment will take place in small towns in these locations: Delta State: Ogwushi-Uku and Ogwushi-Uku Hospital axis. Abia State: Ubakala, Umuahia, and Ariaria. During daily field visits, each Enumerator will work any day required by ST WASH, and payments will be made according to the number of days worked and the number of accurate entries made at the end of the exercise, based on the completed attendance sheet and report.

The endline evaluation will provide evidence on project performance and achievements against established targets, while promoting accountability, learning, and improvement. It will also assess progress made during the entire project implementation period and review the relevance of the Theory of Change.
